Here is Eisley's 4th studio album. This time around is a bit different There's a touch of Sucre influence, which is Stacy's side project with her husband from Mutemath (I also brought you Sucre's debut record, A Minor Bird). If you've never heard of Eisley before, I highly recommend getting all their stuff. Sweet female harmonies, have been around for over a decade and remain very consistent. One of the best family bands around Stacy and Chauntelle 3 If anyone has the physical for Merriment albums (Christie and Collin's side project) please release it I haven't come across them

The Besnard Lakes' Until in Excess, Imperceptible UFO had its humble beginnings in mid-2011 and was completed over the course of a year. Ever mindful and attentive to the most subtle and nuanced details, founding band members Jace Lasek and Olga Goreas produced, recorded and mixed at the stalwart Breakglass Studios in Montreal with long time band mates Kevin Laing and Richard White. Eventually mastered by the renowned Greg Calbi at Sterling Sound, this fourth album by The Besnard Lakes' features heavyweight additions by Moonface's Spencer Krug and Mike Bigelow, The Barr Brothers' Sarah Page, the always-enchanting Monica Guenter and the return of Fifth String Liberation Singers' Choir.

U.S. pressing of this 2006 album from the Belgium born/Australia-based singer/songwriter, producer and popstar. All sounds on the album were collected and assembled or performed by Wally De Backer in bedrooms around Melbourne between 2003 and 2005, and the record was mixed and mastered by Franc Tetaz (Wolf Creek soundtrack, Machine Translations, Architecture in Helsinki) giving it a beautiful hi-fi depth and brilliance that goes beyond Wally's lo-fi gem Boardface (2004). Musically, it's another mixed bag with a subtle thread holding it all together- alt-pop with a broad sonic and thematic palette.
